Welcome to the Concord Community Water System.  Please contact our office by phone or you can print out the Service Application Agreement and Member Certificate to apply for service. You can send these forms to our mailing address at PO Box 267 Bostic NC 28018 or you can place in our drop box located at our office at 889 Old US Hwy 74 Bostic NC 28018.
